Frequent questions

How soon can an engagement begin?

Most new engagements start within three to four weeks of a signed scope. If you have a grant deadline sooner than that, say so in your message and we will tell you honestly what is possible and what is not.

Do you work outside Utah?

Yes. The practice is based in Provo and works in person across the Intermountain West, with remote sessions for partners in other regions. Travel costs are agreed in the written scope before any work starts.

How are fees set?

Fees are fixed per engagement or set as a monthly retainer, based on the scope and the number of working sessions. We do not charge a percentage of grant awards, and we do not bill for time that was not agreed to in advance.
